Evidence Notes

Eden Openly Editorial

Evidence Notes

Concise, evidence-led summaries of specific questions in transgender healthcare, clinical practice and health policy. Evidence Notes are designed to be read quickly while preserving nuance, uncertainty and source transparency.

What is an Evidence Note?

Evidence Notes are short editorial evidence briefs. Each note asks one defined question, summarises what the evidence says, grades the strength of that evidence honestly, identifies uncertainty, and explains what follows for practice.

Evidence Notes and Evidence Reviews

Evidence Notes are the accessible summary.

Evidence Reviews provide the full supporting literature review, methodology, limitations and references.

Evidence Notes are not opinion pieces. They are short, transparent summaries of what can reasonably be concluded from the available evidence.
